BCR’s First Canadian 2020 Test Day Report

What a treat to finally get back on a race track at Shannonville’s Spring Fling test day!

Marked by beautiful weather, responsible social distancing and fantastic new paddock, owner of BCR Blaise Csida took to the track in Misha Goikhberg’s 2019 TA2 winning Camaro. It was a low-key affair, no professional crew, just Blaise and Penny out for a day of fun. Even so, friends Scott Zurrer and professional crew Jeff Porter dropped by to lend a hand.  As expected, the car performed extremely well with some major developments since last year. In fact, it posted a lap time over a second faster than last year’s car.

It was great to see many familiar faces, and some new comers. After being shut down since March, it was an encouraging sign of firing back up again. We look forward to some racing!
