BC Race Cars is excited to announce that Jared Odrick will take the wheel of our #24 Mustang for the remaining road-course events of the NASCAR Canada Series, proudly supported by Black Underwear and Cathcart Trucking!
Most fans know Jared from his career in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars, but he’s also making a serious name for himself behind the wheel. His racing résumé includes an SCCA Runoffs GT2 Championship in 2023 and the Trans Am TA2 Pro-Am Championship in 2025. He’s currently back in the fight to defend that title this season.
Getting Jared into the #24 wasn’t exactly plug-and-play. At 196 cm (6’5″), we had to get creative! The BCR crew redesigned and fabricated a new foot box, moving the pedals approximately 8 cm forward to get Jared comfortable and race-ready.
Jared spent a full day testing the Mustang at Shannonville, quickly getting up to speed and adapting to the unique challenges of a NASCAR Canada car.
We’ve got a VERY busy five weeks ahead: GP3R, Markham Indy, Pirelli Sprints – Calabogie, ICAR, and finally CTMP
Five weeks. Five races. One #24 Mustang. We can’t wait to see what Jared Odrick and the BCR team can do!
