We are excited to announce that Leroy Micallef will be driving our #10 BC Race Cars TA2 Mustang as Trans-Am returns to CTMP (August 29-31, 2024) after a long hiatus. He will join regular pro driver Josh Hurley who will pilot our #20 Mustang.
Leroy has driven TA2 cars at CTMP in the past. In fact, he has driven a variety of tube frame cars that BCR prepared over the last few years and achieved many fastest laps, pole and wins.
“I am so happy that Leroy is willing to take this step into Pro racing. It is one thing to drive against a variety of GT1 cars at the regional level, but TA2 is a spec class and arguably one of the most competitive series in North America” stated team principal Blaise Csida.
“I am beyond ecstatic to finally participate in my first Trans-Am Series race here at CTMP with Blaise and the BCR team. I am confident the crew have put together a competitive package and I will be working hard to achieve a good result. Thank you everyone for the support” says Leroy.
The combined field should prove super entertaining and the race will take place on Saturday August 31st around 2 pm. It will be live streamed on MAV TV at SpeedTour Live if you can’t make it in person!
