BC Race Cars Inc. participated in the VARAC Peter Jackson Trophy races at Shannonville Motorsports Park, campaigning our for-rent #82 ASA stock car.
Organized as a one day event, it was ridiculously inexpensive, well run and provided tons of quality track time to further develop our rental race car. Thanks to the organizers, track workers and the track for hosting such a pleasurable event.
With special thanks to the BC Race Cars crew, the car came off the trailer race ready; taking pole and winning both CL-A races. More importantly, the BCR prepared Corvette of Del Bruce once again won his class in his pursuit of the championship.
We gained very valuable data from our car, tweaking and adjusting for optimum performance, even on multi-cycled tires. It is becoming a favourite for its low cost, and incredible speed for such an old race car!
If you ever wanted to try a professionally prepared and set-up tube frame car, please contact us for details. The car is still available for our next regional race at Calabogie, as well as lapping or test days.
