GT-1 Club Car Build by BCR- Part 2

We have been able to make great progress on our interior work in the past few weeks.  Of course, everything is in a rough state, final clean up and deburring will be done prior to powder-coating. Attaching panels to round tube has its unique challenges, but we fabricated some specialty tools to help us. We are satisfied with the results so far.

We will be installing the body and laying out the interior filler panels shortly, as well as the dash panel and gauge/switch cluster. Using a minimalist philosophy, we settled on an AIM MXS dash and just a few switches to run vital systems. We are using the new Five-Star TA2 Camry body and can’t wait to see how it all works out.
